About Me I am a writer, theoretical thinker, and lifelong student of the human experience. My work is driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep belief in the transformative power of knowledge, reflection, and human connection. As a neurodivergent thinker living with Autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, I experience the world from a perspective that is both analytical and deeply personal. Rather than seeing these differences simply as limitations, I explore how they shape the way we perceive, learn, communicate, and understand ourselves and one another. I am also completing professional training as a **Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS)**, expanding my work toward recovery support, resilience, mental health, and the power of lived experience. I believe that recovery is not merely about overcoming challenges—it is about discovering meaning, building connection, developing hope, and creating a life worth living. Through my writing, I explore philosophy, psychology, spirituality, neuroscience, human behavior, and the questions that make us uniquely human. And yes, I enjoy a good glass of wine 🍷, mindful moments 🧘‍♀️, and the simple—and sometimes extraordinary—experience of being alive.
